Notice of Record Date and Closure Period of Shareholder Registry

Pursuant to Article 354 of the Korean Commercial Act and Article 14 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, voting rights shall be granted to shareholders registered in the shareholder registry as of October 1, 2021.

For the purpose of determining shareholders entitled to exercise rights, the Company hereby gives notice that all changes to the shareholder registry—including registration, modification, or cancellation of share transfers; registration, modification, or cancellation of pledges; and indication or cancellation of trust property—shall be suspended during the period from October 2, 2021, to October 7, 2021.
