– As a SaaS provider, the company aims to strengthen customer trust and service competitiveness to accelerate customer acquisition and business expansion in North America, Europe, and other global markets
March 4, 2026 – EMRO (KOSDAQ: 058970), Korea’s leading AI-based SRM software company, announced today that its SRM SaaS solution, Caidentia, has obtained ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, and 27018 certifications—globally recognized information security standards.
ISO/IEC certifications are international information security standards jointly established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). ISO/IEC 27001 evaluates an organization’s overall Information Security Management System (ISMS), ISO/IEC 27017 assesses information security controls specific to cloud service environments, and ISO/IEC 27018 evaluates whether personal data protection frameworks in cloud environments comply with international standards.
In particular, SaaS providers continuously process, store, and operate large volumes of customer data in cloud environments, making trust in cloud security and data protection essential. By obtaining these three ISO/IEC certifications, EMRO has objectively demonstrated that it has established a cloud security and personal data protection framework that meets global standards. The company expects this achievement to further strengthen customer trust and competitiveness in both Korean and global markets.
EMRO is continuously expanding its domestic and overseas business presence, centered on its global integrated SRM SaaS solution, Caidentia. The newly acquired ISO/IEC certifications, in addition to the company’s existing SOC 2 Type 2 certification, signify that EMRO meets the security and privacy standards required by global enterprises.
An EMRO representative stated, “Through the acquisition of ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, and 27018 certifications, we have been officially recognized as a SaaS company equipped with a global-level cloud security and personal data protection framework. Building on this achievement, we will further enhance customer trust and service competitiveness in key target markets such as North America and Europe, accelerating new customer acquisition and business expansion.”
